Agreement

By using this website or hiring Stonedove LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our services. Questions: hello@stonedove.net.

What we sell

We sell professional services — primarily the Amazon Selling System ($2,497) and the Opportunity Brief ($249). Tools such as SellerOS, Sourcing Pro, and Cockpit support delivery. They are not sold alone on this site.

Prices and scope on the site describe the current offer. A written confirmation (email or invoice) for your project controls if it differs.

How buying works

1. You contact us and we check fit on a short call.
2. If we both proceed, we confirm scope, price, and payment steps in writing.
3. For the Amazon Selling System, payment is typically two parts: $1,249 to start, then $1,248 when your factory shortlist is delivered — unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Factory samples, production, freight, and Amazon fees are paid by you to those vendors — not included in our service fee.

Delivery guarantee (System)

If we do not deliver your product yes/no list and your shortlist of 3 real factories within 14 days of getting your full brief, we refund the first payment. No questions asked.

We do not promise sales, rank, or ad results. We promise the work listed above.

Your “full brief” means you have sent:

• Your product category or idea list (or a clear ask to help find one)
• Budget range for samples and first production
• Target market (e.g. Amazon US) and timing
• Any hard constraints: brand rules, materials, packaging, MOQ limits

The 14-day clock starts when we confirm we have received that full brief. Refunds under this guarantee apply to the first System payment only, unless we state otherwise in writing.

Refunds and disputes

• Opportunity Brief ($249): work begins after payment; refunds are not standard once the brief is delivered, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
• System: refund of the first payment only under the delivery guarantee above, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
• Chargebacks: contact us first at hello@stonedove.net so we can resolve the issue. We keep records of deliverables and communications.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information, make timely yes/no decisions, and pay third-party costs (samples, production, shipping) on time. Delays on your side can extend timelines.

No earnings promise

We do not promise Amazon sales, rank, advertising results, or profit. Market outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Website use

Content on this site is for information. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse the site. We may change or take down pages at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stonedove LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or services. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
