  • Email: whatever you include when you write us at hello@stonedove.net.
  • Technical logs: basic server or host logs (e.g. IP, time, page) that may be created when you visit the site. We do not run a third-party analytics pixel on the site today.

How we use it

  • Reply to inquiries and check fit for our services
  • Deliver work you hire us for (e.g. the Amazon Selling System)
  • Improve the site and prevent spam or abuse
  • Meet legal or accounting duties when required

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with providers that help us run the business (for example email delivery), only as needed to provide the service, or if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep contact and project records as long as needed for the conversation, the work, and normal business records — then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed.
